7 Healthy Habits to Fit N to Your Lifestyle |

I have come up with 7 Healthy Habits that should Fit N to your lifestyle. I will spend the next 7 weeks going over these 7 Healthy Habits that all F2M2 members should follow. It is important that you know that these 7 Healthy Habits are both highly recommended by myself and strictly followed by me and my family.
So let’s get started this week with Healthy Habit #1…
1.) Water Morning, Noon, and Night
Why, you may ask is water so important that I list it as the first Healthy Habit? Water is absolutely essential to the human body’s survival. A person can live for about a month without food, but only about a week without water. Therefore, you should start and end each day right with a glass of water. Because water is so important, you should make sure you are drinking at least 6 additional glasses of water throughout the day.
As the day goes on, I know how busy we all get, making it difficult to consume all this water throughout the day. Therefore, it is essential to remind yourself about your newly implemented water contract by gulping down that first glass of water the moment you rise from bed! This will allow you to get in the right state of mind for the rest of the day.
As far as getting the rest of the 6 glasses down throughout the day, I like to carry around a reusable water bottle and sip on it. I also order or drink water with every meal or snack that I have.
