Wow! So proud of all of my Rock N Roll marathon, half marathon, and half marathon relay friends! You all did a great job and M2 is very pleased with each and every one of you! Training for something like that takes a lot of commitment and dedication to many things - your training program, your diet, your cross training workouts . . . not to mention the support of your family to make sure you stay on track week after week!
I hope you feel proud of your accomplishment and take the opportunity to continue making fitness goals for yourself. I've already signed up for the Dallas half marathon!!!
