The M2 in F2M2, our lead trainer and instructor, Margie Massey, will challenge you to push through your limits to feats of fitness and strength you never thought possible.
The Pure Strength group training program provides a supportive environment along with killer workouts and offers two or three training sessions a week to accommodate your schedule. New to fitness or just a little bit nervous? No problem. Our Entry Level Pure Strength allows you to enjoy the same supportive group environment until you have gained the strength and confidence to join the advanced program. F2M2 offers a truly innovative Kickboxing group fitness class as well as a challenging Bootcamp class on Saturdays to round out your week.

Group fitness class utilizing martial arts style movement. Kickboxing classes are 1 hour 15 minutes to 1 ½ hours in duration.

If you are seeking assistance with your fitness goals outside the gym F2M2 offers run coaching for any distance including marathon and triathlon training to take you to the next level. If the group scene is just not for you then one on one training sessions are also available.
